The Bolsa de Cereales Weekly Agricultural Panorama (PAS) is a report that compiles the most outstanding facts related to the evolution of sowing and harvesting and with the monitoring of circumstantial events that will define the yield obtained, The date corresponds to the start of the campaign. For example, the 2024/2025 campaign has the date 2024-01-01. All dates are recorded following the same format, corresponding to the start date of each campaign.

Until 2025, data were recorded using a campaign-end dating convention, where each campaign was mapped to a single date (e.g., the 2024/2025 campaign is dated 2025-01-01) and weekly updates overwrote that same observation. Starting in 2026, each weekly release is stored as a separate observation, while earlier data remain under the previous structure.
