Dirección General de Aduanas (DGA)

The General Directorate of Customs is a division of the Ministry of Finance of the Dominican Republic. As the national border authority, its responsibility extends beyond revenue collection to also ensuring public health and state security. In the processes of importing and exporting goods, it is required to obtain all necessary documentation and permits mandated by other competent authorities, depending on the category of goods, always in compliance with laws, regulations, and legal provisions, with integrity and a commitment to service.
