Fiscal - Brazil - STN - Spendings Under the Ceilling Rule

This dataset includes monthly Brazil spendings under the ceilling rule expressed in current prices and millions of reais.

Note: Onerous assignment (item V do Paragraph 6) corresponds to the sum of two items: i) payment to Petrobras resulting from the revision of the onerous contract and ii) transfer to States, Federal District and Municipalities of part of the amounts collected from the auctions, which took place in November / 2019, of the excess volumes of the transfer of rights.
