This dataset includes weekly data on the Import Parity Prices of USA No.3 Yellow Maize and USA HRW Wheat (FOB Gulf). It provides detailed cost components for both commodities, including the FOB Gulf value, freight rate, insurance, financing costs, and discharging costs at South African ports (Cape Town/Durban). The data also shows the total F.O.R. price at port in Rand per ton (R/t) and the corresponding exchange rate (R per US dollar) used for conversion.
