Number of Central Banks tightening (+) or easing (-) the policy rate. Change in stance is calculated monthly, by comparing each month's last daily value of the policy rate. Developing economies include: Argentina, Brazil, Chile, China, Colombia, Croatia, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Mexico, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, South Africa, Thailand and Turkey.
